c67a7ad987 Changes to allow disabling and enabling of style sheets. Introduced ReconstructFrames to nsIFrameConstructor. CSSStyleSheets now remember their document. Temporary fix to allow text content inside CSS tables.

d0270485ee Changed Notify() to call NotifyError() if the notification type is 
nsImageNotification_kAborted. This ensures that the NS_IMAGE_LOAD_STATUS_ERROR
load status bit is set and that the frame gets repainted

cdf69643a6 First of a few changes to allow frames to have multiple child lists. 
FirstChild() now takes an additional argument which is the name of the
child list.

14d17485ee That part about the frame deleted reflow command being a list was a 
bit overzealous. It can't be. Maybe at some point we'll have an
argument that specifies the number of frames to delete

222a7c54b8 Added support for using foreground color and background color from user 
preferences. Also made it so we observe the preferences, get a callback if

43acfe6cc5 removed widget parameters from nsIView::Init(). added CreateWidget() and SetWidget() 
APIs to replace this functionality. also added CreateScrollControls() to

48cc145a5a Added additional parameter to nsIContent::SetDocument. The document now tells content to lose its weak reference before the document goes away. Elements and text now add their script objects as roots so they don't get collected prematurely.
