e07a63409b Fix OS/2 fallout from removal of old imglib. 
OS/2 now has no image tiling and no 256 color support.
And I bet windows lost any reasonable 256 color support as well.

3f6710f86f bugscape 7647. sorry no bugzilla bug. r=rpotts, sr=vidur. protect usage of the global script context by putting it inside a null check. this was causing a crash when a javascript window.close() pull the context out from underneath documents

7e004bc6fa Fixing bug 76603, backwards compatibility issue with window.setTimeout() and window.setInterval(). Older browsers let you call these methods with only one argument (assuming 0 timeout), but mozilla requires two or more arguments. r=pollmann@netscape.com, sr=jband@netscape.com
