valeski%netscape.com 31d96c9cf3 api change to nsIWebShell and nsIDocumentLoaderObserver. I've replaced all the old method delarations with the new versions. We now pass 'nsresult' types into the On*() methods instead of PRInt32. The PRInt32 arg type was causing data loss. ...

I also checked in a fix for bug 10848 (which prompted the api change), and 10549 (these changes were in nsWebShell.cpp).
