cmanske%netscape.com c50b46ff04 Added Page Properties (26889) and Page Colors dialogs (14344), removed debug menu only in release (27237), link dialog fixes (27308), lots of dialog rewrite to use titledbox instead of fieldset, rewrote insert table dialog to use boxes. Changed font size to use CSS strings, not <font size> for ui, but other bugs prevented inserting spans for size. Other small bug fixes. r=brade. ...
