sspitzer%netscape.com a7c28f0262 it is possible to get into the state where you have an fcc pref for a given folder, but the server where the folder lives is gone. (it involves removing servers) ...

this isn't the complete fix, but at least it prevents the javascript assertion in bug #22987.
