sspitzer%netscape.com 7569eb1d3f fix for bug #145532 . hitting 'n' when folder pane has focus

selects the folder that start with n, instead of the next folder with unread.  regression caused by checkin for #145532.

Removing build tools that are no longer necessary with win32 gmake builds. This is in preparation for creating a new, smaller wintools.zip. Not part of the build, r/a=leaf.
