valeski%netscape.com 82432b560f removed defer logic as cookies are only accessed from the main thread. removed unused functions, converted stripline over to nsString equivelent, changed cookie deletion and list removal mechansim to use already cached indexes so we don't search the list again everytime we want to remove an element. also removed some extraneous statics ...
