truly.  nsIHTMLEditor::InsertHTML() no longer closes off the properties in
force in the document at the point where the HTML is inserted.  This patch
is being checked into the ANGELON_MOZ12_BRANCH only; I don't know if there
is a parallel change for the trunk that somebody else is going to check in
or not.
