1. moved NS_ERROR_MODULE_NETWORK/NS_NET_STATUS_READ_FROM/NS_NET_STATUS_WROTE_TO from browser.js to web-panels.js, which is the only place they are used. 2. s/nsCI/Ci/g in browser.js, except in the global scope where it can't be used due to the #ifndef MOZ_PLACES at the top 3. switch to nsIPrefBranch2 from nsIPrefBranchInternal in browser.js. Instead of QIing gPrefService every time, just get the appropriate interface at the initialization.
