- use do_GetService instead of servman->GetServiceByContractID

- do not keep a reference to plugletEngine as an ivar

- use nsnull instead of NULL

- do not keep a reference to plugletEngine as an ivar

- use PL_strdup and PL_strfree to duplicate and free strings
