bmlk%gmx.de 50ee50ad30 move HasMoreThanOneCell from nsTableRowGroupFrame.cpp into nsCellMap.cpp where it belongs. Don't try to repair the cellmap on every reflow, this might help with with large table rendering performance, bug 240318 r/sr=bzbarsky ...
