tbogard%aol.net 4388e873ba nsDocShell now implements the nsIWebNavigation interface. Added some stubbed code to Ensure that there is a content viewer. Also added stubbed code to Setup the content viewer when a new one is created. This will eventually replace the embed method. Removed the mCreated member as it is no longer needed.
