version strings (neither of the packages had the correct version number)
get version string now from nss/lib/nss/nss.h)
renamed developer packages* from SUNWprx-devl to SUNWprdx, SUNWpr-devl
to SUNWprd and from SUNWtlsx-devl to SUNWtlsdx, SUNWtls-devl to SUNWtlsd
(original names were not allowed by pkgmk with the required patchlevel
for Solaris 8 release build machines, error message:
pkgmk -f prototype -d ../../../../dist/SunOS5.8_sparc_32_PTH_DBG.OBJ/pkgarchive -r ../ROOT -o SUNWpr-devl

fixed attribute warning (neither one of the new packages could be
installed without warning: "The following files are already installed
