jvanzyl 49c20e5fb7 - the resolver now works but some additions have to be made to tell

the resolver to stop when all the neighbours of the starting
  vertex have been visited as opposed to going through the whole
  graph.

o Building

To build, you must have ant installed.  Just type 'ant' -- the default
target will build the jar.

There are also a few other targets like 'javadoc'.  Look in build.xml


o Use in your application

To use the Commons Utility package, build a commons-util.jar file,
import the desired classes from org.apache.commons.util and and
compile your code with cup.jar in the CLASSPATH.
