af140c09af Change the test to see if the jxr plugin is used. The previous one worked only if the jxr plugin wass called before the pmd report.

b68b6a0bc3 Use properties maven.jxr.destdir and maven.jxr.destdir.test to generate links from the PMD report to jxr files. 
Fix NullPointerException if pom.build.sourceDirectory or pom.build.unitTestSourceDirectory are not defined.

6f3c8630e9 PR: MPPLUGIN-35 
plugin:install fails if maven.jar.final.name is set.
Now using ${maven.final.name}.jar everywhere.
Plugins need standard names so they can be uninstalled properly.
