ee0ea2ea40 o reformat 
o don't write resources if they have includes or a target path - it wouldn't be correct. Unfortunately, IDEA has no   concept of include/excludes on a library to use instead, nor a different target path

b7370ff5a9 fix MPPDF-36 : maven pdf fails with footer in navigation.xml. 
fix MPPDF-24 : Internal links failed.
fix MPPDF-13 : img src attributes are not made relative to the xdoc source.

4dc1d93628 MPDASHBOARD-27: Properties <code>maven.dashboard.basedir</code>, <code>maven.dashboard.includes</code>, <code>maven.dashboard.excludes</code> and <code>maven.dashboard.ignoreFailures</code> were ignored and were always defaulting to their multiproject plugin counterpart.
