evenisse a94a0f8fe3 Fixed MAVEN-493. I register reports only if source, test,... exists. 
So, corresponding entrys in menu will appear only if reports are registered.

vmassol d3652269ab Add all user jars that have been marked to be included in the cactus 
test (with the 
        <code>&lt;cactus.bundle&gt;true&lt;/cactus.bundle&gt;</code> property
        in dependencies). For example, DBUnit would be a jar you would 
        include in a Cactus test but not in a runtime war.

dion 6bf7d0446f Remove goals that were cross plugin. 
If someone wants clean:classes or clean:docs, then they should
be implemented in the plugins that create the directories: java, test and xdoc

evenisse 7870c16e79 Fix generated jnlp file. We use now the correct tag for argument main class. 
Sysproperty isn't in jnlp dtd.

michal f1ac6b0815 Changed SCP Deployer to SFTP deployer. I am done with functionality 
(except of Http Deployer) 
Now I will test it deeper and assure that everything works.

        Change strategy for bunding J2EE modules in the jboss server
        configuration. This is now achieved through dependencies in
        <code>project.xml</code>. for any J2EE module you want to incude
        add a <code>jboss.bundle</code> property in the said dependency
        definition.
