7aa2268fe6 MPPDF-57 : 
- To avoid problems, be sure to not use a -PARAM without arg
- Remove default hardcoded settings to allow users to remove them using an empty property

753396fb2e MAVEN-1755 : Backward Incompability : Usage of xml entities in the POM doesn't work in maven 1.1 beta 1 & 2 
Upgrade to a maven-model 3.0.2 SNAPSHOT which allow us to read the POM from an URL with DOM4J
It fixes the problem of relative entities. We have to check if it doesn't reduce significantly performances.

bf93c48afc PR: MPCHANGES-31 
Use setPadText(true) to ensure that text immediately preceded by or followed
by an element will be surrounded by a single space. Unfortunately this also
adds spaces after tags at a line ending so all our changes.xml files
will get reformatted.
