vmassol 9875757296 - Removed jars that are not needed on the server side at runtime 
- Added the Rhino jar as a dependency to allow JavaScript unit testing in HttpUnit integration

Defaulted the compile target to 1.1. If a build is done on JDK 1.4 then it defaults to JDK 1.4, which means on some JVM's (e.g. IBM's JDK 1.3) the code won't work! Even if you're not using any JDK 1.4 features. The generated bytecode can contain some JDK 1.4 specific methods!

The maven.test.failure.ignore property is forced to true during the execution of the tests (so that report generation do not fail if the tests fail) but it is not reset to its initial value aftewards, thus causing issues for other plugins thereafter relying on it.
